Online Creative Sessions to Help Kids Build Focus, Calm & Confidence
Inner 8 Creative Labs offers online sessions that help children build focus, calm and confidence through simple, structured drawing practices.
These are not art classes, but guided sessions using zendoodling and mindful pattern drawing to support emotional regulation, concentration and self-expression.
Children are guided step-by-step using repetition and pattern to move from busy and overwhelmed to calm and focused - giving them a practical tool they can use anytime, especially during schoolwork or stressful moments.
This approach is informed by Human Design, recognising that every child processes and responds differently, and there is no one-size-fits-all way to learn or regulate.

How It Works
- Creative Labs are 4 of 5 weekly online sessions focusing on themes like Emotional Awareness, Stress and Anxiety Regulation, Productivity and Study Momentum, Emotional Strength and Academic Resilience; Clarity and Performance.
- The labs are aimed at Grades 4 to 6, Grades 7 - 9; Grade 10 and 11
- There are two Creative Labs specifically for Grade 12 focusing on Exam preparations, Overwhelm and Keeping Calm
- Guided, step-by-step drawing
- No art experience needed
- Recordings available for replay

Creative Labs is a 3 or 4 week once a week online session designed to teach kids a different way to reduce stress and anxiety, build resilience and develop creative thinking skills that can be used for their entire lives.
Children are guided step-by-step using repetition and pattern to move from busy and overwhelmed to calm and focused - giving them a practical tool they can use anytime, especially during schoolwork or stressful moments.

Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is valid from 8 July 2026 to 12 August 2026
2. The winner will be selected on 13 August 2026
Winners are chosen by a random selection process from all the correct entries and will be contacted by telephone call the day after the competition closes. Should the selected entrant not be available immediately via phone call a new winner will be chosen until an entrant can be reached.
3. The winner will be confirmed via email and/or WhatsApp.
4. Only residents living within the borders of South Africa can qualify for a prize.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. If prizes are unclaimed within 10 working days a new winner will be selected.
7. The prizes are valid for 6 months.
8. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The prize is NOT transferable. Should you wish to pass the prize on to someone else, this is acceptable only if allowed by the company supplying the prize.
10. All entrants consent to their personal information being:
a. used by the organiser (being Jozikids); and
b. shared with the organiser's service providers (being the competition sponsor) for purposes of the competition and related identification;
c. Personal information relates to the entrants full name, email address and contact phone number;
