Inner 8 Creative Labs offers online sessions that help children build focus, calm and confidence through simple, structured drawing practices.
These are not art classes, but guided sessions using zendoodling and mindful pattern drawing to support emotional regulation, concentration and self-expression.
Children are guided step-by-step using repetition and pattern to move from busy and overwhelmed to calm and focused - giving them a practical tool they can use anytime, especially during schoolwork or stressful moments.
This approach is informed by Human Design, recognising that every child processes and responds differently, and there is no one-size-fits-all way to learn or regulate.

How It Works
- Creative Labs are 4 of 5 weekly online sessions focusing on themes like Emotional Awareness, Stress and Anxiety Regulation, Productivity and Study Momentum, Emotional Strength and Academic Resilience; Clarity and Performance.
- The labs are aimed at Grades 4 to 6, Grades 7 - 9; Grade 10 and 11
- There are two Creative Labs specifically for Grade 12 focusing on Exam preparations, Overwhelm and Keeping Calm
- Guided, step-by-step drawing
- No art experience needed
- Recordings available for replay
