From the start the calming and nurturing nature of the sessions seem to capture her attention and it was amazing to see how well she listened and followed the instructions.
The skills she learnt definitely helped her deal with stressful situations at school.

My daughter loved the sessions. The instructor created a lovely warm atmosphere for the children who are then able to fully immerse themselves in the stories she tells.
A huge hit for creating a stronger, more positive mental health too - a definite win all round!

This is a wonderful kids activity. The kids loved the sessions.
They are strengthening their bodies and practicing mindfulness while having fun. The lessons are so creative and
