-Toddler classes are water orientation based classes
-We offer baby swimming lessons from 18months,mom and baby classes.

Learn to swim (LTS)

- Children's lessons from 3 years and up ,we ensure a funfilled safe aquatic learning environment for our learners

Adult swimming lessons

-Silverseals offers fun productive lessons for adults, teaching fundamentals principles of water techniques
- Adult only male classes
- Adult only female classes

Aqua-fit classes

-Aqua aerobics classes are fun way to keep fit and healthy for all ages
-Aquafit has little or no impact on joints and muscles
-A very effective way to keep healthy with all the fun
