Nia uses the pleasure principle to seek comfort and ease in order to move, strengthen and heal the body in a natural, organic way. It is a workout that is fun, yet efficient, providing cardiovascular conditioning while inducing the feel-good sensations of dance. Nia is for anybody who needs to move.

I was intrigued by the concept of Nia and decided to try out a class. Even though I was self-conscious at first, I noticed how everyone else was so absorbed in themselves that I was able to let go.. Wow! What an awesome experience. The movements and energy left me feeling great all day. Definitely recommended.
