St John's College has shaped generations of leaders since 1898, offering a complete educational journey from nursery school through to post-matric.

Grade 000 to Sixth Form AS & A Levels & Post-Matric

Situated on a magnificent heritage campus in Houghton, Johannesburg, St John's College includes:
- The Bridge Nursery School (Grade 0000 to 00, co-educational)
- Pre-Preparatory (Boys, Grades 0-2)
- Preparatory (Boys, Grades 3-7)
- College (Boys, Grades 8-12)
- Sixth Form (AS and Cambridge A Levels and post-matric, co-educational).
From Prep to College, we offer the IEB curriculum. The Sixth Form utilises the Cambridge As and A Level curriculum.

St John's attracts students from across Johannesburg, South Africa, Africa and beyond, offering weekly and termly boarding in the College and Sixth Form alongside day student places.

Rooted in Anglican tradition, the school's teaching emphasises respect, care, and moral development while honouring other faith traditions.

Students consistently achieve outstanding IEB matric and A Level results. The curriculum extends beyond academics to include sport, music, drama, and the arts, developing young men and women rightly trained in body, mind, and character.

Once our students graduate, they join the Old Johannian Association, a worldwide network of Old Johannians spanning continents and careers.
