Aerial Hoop, Hammock & Silks Classes
We Offer Aerial Hoop, Hammock & Silks Classes to young ladies starting from ages 6+.
Our 60 Minutes Classes focus on strength, flexibility and confidence all while having fun. Our Aerial Instructors are all qualified trainers and the utmost care is taken to ensure the safety of all students.
All classes are limited to 1 student per apparatus with a safety crash mat under each point. We offer classes at all 3 La Rouge Studios in Fourways, Illovo & Randburg. Our classes are between Monday and Saturday, times do vary according to location and day.
All bookings are essential to limit the amount of students per class. Each year we offer a student showcase where students perform for friends and family and currently introducing a grading system into our class programmes.
Kids Birthday Parties
We also offer kids Birthday Parties allowing kids to try something new, fun and physical.

Join us for an exciting 3-day workshop designed to unleash your child's creativity through the magic of theatre! ✨
Our Little Women’s Holiday Club Workshop invites children to dive into the entire process of putting together a performance—from story creation and character development & enactment, costume design, and percussion.
🌸Over the course of 10 hours, children will engage in a variety of creative activities, including arts and crafts, dance movement, sound creation with homemade instruments, and aerial performance.
🌸They'll work collaboratively to produce an original show, culminating in a fun and lively performance for parents on the final day. Alternatively, we'll record the performance and send it directly to parents so everyone can enjoy the showcase from home.
🌸This hands-on workshop is the perfect opportunity for children to explore the creative process in a supportive and fun environment. At the end of the workshop, kids will not only have learned new skills but also gained confidence through performance!
