Aerial Hoop, Hammock & Silks Classes

We Offer Aerial Hoop, Hammock & Silks Classes to young ladies starting from ages 6+.

Our 60 Minutes Classes focus on strength, flexibility and confidence all while having fun. Our Aerial Instructors are all qualified trainers and the utmost care is taken to ensure the safety of all students.

All classes are limited to 1 student per apparatus with a safety crash mat under each point. We offer classes at all 3 La Rouge Studios in Fourways, Illovo & Randburg. Our classes are between Monday and Saturday, times do vary according to location and day.

All bookings are essential to limit the amount of students per class. Each year we offer a student showcase where students perform for friends and family and currently introducing a grading system into our class programmes.

Kids Birthday Parties

We also offer kids Birthday Parties allowing kids to try something new, fun and physical.
