Concrete Foundation Crew (CFC) offers dynamic and structured Parkour classes in Sandton, Johannesburg. We help children, teens, and adults build strength, agility, confidence, and coordination through movement - all while having fun and staying active.
Our training methods originate from Parkour & natural movement training.

Write a ReviewI am possibly the biggest fan of CFC parkour. We joined at the beginning of the year and it is amazing to see how my boys love every minute of their lessons. (I love how there are no fights to get to bed after a session)
My eldest has proprioception disorder and parkour has pushed him in the most positive way. Even the therapists and teachers at his school have commented how he is so much more open to trying new activities, more body aware and stronger.
What was incredible to notice is how they take the skills they learn and put it into their everyday. We recently went traveling and they saw every ramp, pavement and staircase as their personal playground. I love how them doing this extra mural together has also bonded them more as brothers and built their confidence... because parkour is just cool. The coaches are firm and equally caring. Mike, the owner is a gem of a human who really has a passion for what he does. I cannot recommend this enough... in case it wasn't obvious.

CFC is a super fun and enjoyable experience for all ages. There are different age groups so that you can learn and enjoy with people around your age. It's also very fun to learn new skills together and there is always something new that the coaches or the people around you can help with.

Parkour has been fantastic for my son. CFC is an amazing community of coaches and students that feels more like a family environment rather than just a sport. I highly recommend it for all ages.

My son has been a part of the Concrete Foundation Crew for the last three years. He has also started competing this year. What an experience it has been. The coaches are brilliant, and we have watched him grow in confidence and go from strength to strength. He loves the sport and is truly excited to attend training every week. I would really recommend Concrete Foundation for your kiddies who love the adrenaline rush and just want to do something different.
