Vuleka is a school initiated in 1989 by Parishes within the Diocese of Johannesburg of the Church of the Province of Southern Africa in response to the growing crisis in education and the inability of parents to obtain adequate education for their children.

Assisted Learning Primary School

Based in Corner of Grove Street & Bram Fischer Drive, Randburg
Founded in 2002, Vuleka’s Assisted Learning School is committed to meeting each student at their academic level and making informed decisions about their future learning paths. Our educational programs focus on practical literacy, numeracy, and life skills, providing a well-rounded learning experience. We provide an intensive remediation programme in English and Maths, as well as assistance for children who are overage for their grade or have learning difficulties.

Vuleka is registered with the Gauteng Department of Education and belongs to the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA).

Vuleka means to “enlighten” and to “open up”, and children at Vuleka are given the skills they need to reach their potential.
