Celebrating the essence of emerging womanhood, especially for tween and teen girls, is about honouring the incredible journey of self-discovery and growth. It is a time when young women begin to explore who they are, recognize their unique talents, and navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.
A big part of this journey is to embrace and demystify the menstrual cycle. It is important to talk openly about menstruation, removing any stigma or embarrassment. Understanding their bodies empowers teenage girls, helping them to embrace their health with confidence and ease.
Our workshops provide a safe space for teens and tweens, and on occasion moms to experience meaningful activities related to the menstrual cycle, self-care and emotional well-being. Our workshops are designed to highlight the beauty of young womanhood.
Our mission is to prepare girls for the different phases of life so they may flourish within a loving community of women.
Self-Development Workshops for Girls & Teens
Our offerings include:
• Moon Girl Workshop for ages 10 to 14: Celebrate milestones and embrace transitions with meaningful activities.
• Teen Girl Workshops for ages 14 to 16: Participate in engaging activities that promote self-compassion, confidence, and self-discovery.
• Affirmation Cards: Use our beautifully crafted cards to inspire and uplift toddlers, children, teenage girls, women, and expectant mothers. We provide high quality, lovingly designed card decks to boost your spirit.
