Rollerskating & Rollerblading Coach

I recently decided that I wanted to be cool and started taking quad skating lessons with Jacques the Rolly Coach. I will always sing his praises and recommend his services highly! As a 32-year-old with a "touch of the tism" looking to learn a new skill and get fit, I was thrilled to find Jacques. He is patient and understanding, offering practical examples and assistance. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is his understanding and accommodation of my unique learning pace. Jacques ensures that our lessons are scheduled during quieter times, making it more comfortable for me to focus and learn without being overwhelmed by loud sounds or large crowds. His ability to instill confidence and comfort in his students is remarkable. Thanks to his support, I’ve not only learned a new skill but also made new friends at the skate park. Jacques is always there to help when I fall, ensuring I get back on my feet without fear. I highly recommend Jacques’ skating lessons to anyone of any age wanting to try something new. He is an exceptional coach, dedicated and committed to every student doesn't matter the skating level or age. A word of advice for future students: listen to the coach, don’t be lazy with practicing. Consistency is key to improving your skills.

Our daughter has had 2 double-coaching sessions (90 minutes each) with Jacques, and from absolutely no skill or prior skating lessons is now able to whizz around the rink, braking, turning, skating backwards and managing her falls.. Her overall confidence has shot up dramatically in her approach to and enjoyment of the sport. All lessons started on time and ended after due time. Jacques is also a patient and friendly coach and more than value for money!

My wife and I highly recommend Jacques.

I recently had the pleasure of taking rollerskating lessons with Coach Jacques, and I can't recommend him highly enough! His patience and caring nature truly set him apart as a coach. Whether you're a kid just starting out or an adult looking to improve your skills, Jacques makes everyone feel comfortable and safe. He has a remarkable ability to help you overcome the fear of skating, which is crucial for beginners. Moreover, for those who are more advanced, Jacques excels at teaching complex moves with clarity and precision. With Jacques’ excellent guidance and patience, my daughter was able to learn fairly complex rollerblading moves pretty quickly too! His punctuality and commitment to his students' progress are evident in every lesson. If you're looking for a dedicated and skilled skating coach, Coach Jacques is the one to choose!

Jacques is an excellent skating coach who is very patient with kids & adults. My 7 year old loves training with him. I also had some skating lessons myself and found his approach to be very methodical and fun. He is also very prompt to be on time and communicates well on WhatsApp. Great motivator too.

I highly recommend him.

I always wanted to rollerskate as a kid. But never knew how, and was too scared to do it. Luckily many decades later I asked Jacques to coach me. I am now able to skate thanks to Jacques. Good and patient teacher. We all need one.

My kid is 6 years old and he had an awesome training sessions from Jacques.
It’s not just making money from the clients, Jacques is having passion in his life and provides the training for the kids accordingly..
His hardwork is much appreciated and I can recommend anyone under his sessions.

I found Coach Jacques Mulder through a friend’s recommendation and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Jacques has an incredible talent for breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-understand steps, which has made learning rollerblading a breeze. Since starting lessons, my confidence on wheels has soared, and I’ve gone from a complete beginner to confidently navigating certain maneuvers.

Jacques taught my children to roller skate and roller blade. He's patient and fun and they picked up the skill easily through his teaching.

Jacques is a wonderful teacher. He's patient and he gives children and adults confidence to "let go of the rails". I came across Jacques by chance at a rink in Johannesburg North where the kids were struggling, including my granddaughter. But with coaching from Jacques, she was able to skate independently within 2 lessons, and is now a beautifully flowing and stylish little skater after 4 lessons. I recommend a coach for anyone wanting to learn to skate (roller or inline) but would highly recommend Jacques.
