We appeal to the local community and anyone that is in a position to help, for donations of water. We have been struggling with intermittent water supply for the past 2 weeks. We use water for babies bottles, bathing and general hygiene at the home. We also have staff on the property 24/7 and volunteers, making these outages very unpleasant. July 2019

We need your support to help our children and babies
We are a temporary place of safety for babies (aged newborn to two years) who have been abandoned or consented for adoption. We provide a high standard of care to the little ones in a homely and happy environment, ensuring that they have a loving start to life until they are adopted or fostered by suitable families. We are a facility of the Joburg Child Welfare Society, who facilitate all adoption processes.
Our secondary function is to provide a place of safety for up to four pregnant girls who are in crisis. During their stay with us they receive counselling from a social worker, and are assisted in making the decision of whether to give their baby up for adoption, or to keep the baby.
