Our Baby and Child CPR and First Aid Course is tailor-made for new and expectant parents and family members. This vital course will teach a parent how to handle an accident or emergency involving babies and children. You will learn how to handle all First Aid emergencies as well as life saving CPR skills. This course is a must for all parents.
Our courses are run by highly skilled and highly qualified Nursing Sisters who work in ICU and Trauma units and who are experts in this field.
🚑 Do you know what to do if an emergency arises, or you would need to save a life?
✅ Emergency access and home safety.
Baby, child and adult resuscitation and CPR.
✅ AED (Automated External Defibrillator), used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
✅ Awareness of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
✅ High temperatures and febrile convulsions.
✅ Seizures in general.
✅ Baby, child and adult choking.
✅ Head injuries, bleeding, dehydration, fractures, shock.
✅ Anaphylaxis and allergies.
✅ Drowning, poisons and burns.
✅ Baby and childhood illnesses and medications much more.
⭐ Survival CPR is accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) as Authorized AHA Training Site.
⭐ Discovery members will earn 1000 Discovery miles.
⭐ Valid for two years.

Please note: It is recommended to attend an Antenatal course between 25 and 35 weeks of pregnancy.
What to expect:
- Our Childbirth Education and Parenting Classes make up a 1-day comprehensive antenatal course which will fully prepare childbearing parents for natural and caesarean birth as well as caring for a newborn!
- We strongly encourage partners to attend the course with you.
- You can earn 2000 discovery points upon completion of this course, depending on your plan.
- We provide you with a medical aid statement after the course so that you may submit your claim. Please check with your medical aid to confirm coverage.
- You will receive a voucher for our Mums & Cubs Course (New mom group) at Little Bright Fox

Winter Messy Play Art Workshop

This class is full of fun and messy play! You also get to take your special keepsake home with you on a high quality A3 canvas!
Canvas and paints included!
This class involves your little cub using their whole body and getting messy with paints.
Our paints are non-toxic and safe for babies to use, however they do stain! So make sure to bring along a change of clothes and dress appropriately.
Some grown-ups like to dress their little ones in a white onesie or vest so that the paint gets everywhere and creates a special keepsake too!
