Project Poncho
This project has been launched in Johannesburg. Sub zero morning temperatures and a maximum of about 10 degrees Celsius brought the plight of the homeless and those living in less desirable circumstances home.
The idea of providing people with a poncho that can be worn during the day and double up as a blanket at night came to mind.
Our aim is to make and distribute 6 700 ponchos this winter, and you can help! For MANDELA DAY 2021
