A delicious soft and moist and rich chocolate cake, decadently indulgent. Any one who has never baked will find this recipe easy and pleasing. Top with any of your choice, butter cream icing, fresh cream, or chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup cake flour
3 Tb cocoa
3 Tb baking powder
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oil
Method
Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy
Sift dry ingredients 3 times
Mix boiling water and oil
Alternate dry & wet ingredients in mixer on low settings
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes
