Layered Tasty Patheria Casserole

The perfect vegetarian starter dish to any main course, quick and easy but rich & tasty. This layered dish starts of with a patheria leaves smothered in a rich spicy paste, followed by cream style corn, thin layer of your favorite tangy sauce and then some rich creamy fresh cream, finally some crunchy deep fried purr or doritos chip

Ingredients

1 x roll patheria – obtain from indian spice shop
1 x  tin cream style corn
1 cup fresh cream
Cheese for sprinkling – mix of mozzarella & cheddar
Fried purr – obtain from indian spice shop
OR doritos
3 Tb Steers peri peri sauce
2 Tb nandos sauce
3 Tb mayonnaise
Mix the sauces together

Method

Layer patheria slices at the bottom of dish
spread cream style corn over
spread sauce over
Pour fresh cream over
Sprinkle cheese
Bake 180 degrees till cheese melts and cream bubbles
Take out of oven and layer the fried purr over and serve hot.
