Carrot & Pineapple Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 grated carrots
½ tin pineapple juice½ tin pineapple pieces
65 ml fresh orange juice
Optional ingredients
Apple cubes/raisins/fresh herbs like parsley
Method
Wash, peel and grate carrots
Add pineapple juice and pieces of tinned pineapple
Juice oranges and add orange juice
Add optional ingredients
Mix the salad and keep in the fridge until ready to serve
