All kids love strawberries and now that the sun is coming out, making a lolly or icecream with this delicious fruit is a real winner. You can use any fruit for this recipe, my other favourites are mango and avocado

150g strawberries
250g greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
juice of 1 lemon
5ml vanilla essence
2tbs honey

Place all the ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth. Pour into lolly moulds and
freeze. Alternatively, use an ice cream machine.
