Yoga Classes for Moms
We have classes at times particularly suitable for full time Moms: mornings and afternoons throughout the week as well as on weekend at various times.
Yoga Classes for Pregnancy
Pregnancy Yoga on Wednesdays @ 5:00p.m. For women from 14+ weeks. 75 minute classes. R450 per month (1x per week - 3 months minimum), R650 for 5 classes or R150 single.
Mommy & Baby Yoga Classes
Wednesdays @ 10.30am. Strengthen, tone and find yourself again through some yoga and then teach movement to your baby through baby yoga. Classes 75 minutes. Babies from 6 Weeks to Crawling. R450 per month (1x per week - 3 months minimum) R650 for 5 or R150 single.
Yoga Classes for Mommies with their 3 Year old Toddlers
5 Week series of yoga play dates for you and your toddler. 45 minute classes of fun-ness playing with your bodies through music and animals. Booking Essential. From 30+ months only. Next Series scheduled for July 2018 - minimum of 6 toddlers required.
Mom/Dad + Me Yoga Play-dates
Mom/Dad + Me Yoga Play-dates.
Next one 30th June 2018 @ 2:30pm. 60 minute classes. Aged 4 - 7 years. Booking essential.
We have created these classes so you can come to yoga, gain all the excellent benefits, but mainly enjoy being together in your parent/child relationship doing something physical and playful.
The play-dates will consist of age-appropriate yoga warm ups, adventures with yoga poses, partner poses, breathing, stories and always end with relaxation so we teach our children the power of quiet time for the body and mind.
