Ballet classes

Ballet classes for all ages! We start as young as 18 months and teach all levels, including adults.

Ballet Classes ages 3 – Advanced/Pre-professional

These ballet classes are the core of a dancer's training. We give individual attention to all dancers in order for them to achieve their absolute best and continue to develop a love for ballet. We teach the Cecchetti Method - an Italian Method which takes into account the laws of anatomy and the body's abilities and limitations. This means that all technique is based on correct placement of the body in a safe and secure manner. We focus on correct foundations, with excellent build ups for exercises, allowing dancers to progress through each level with a clear understanding of their own body as well as a strong ability to perform each exercise with precision and artistry, from beginner to advanced dancers.

Adult Classes

We are proud to offer adult ballet classes, suitable for beginners as well as more experienced dancers. These offer adults an opportunity to incorporate movement in their weekly routine, through dance - feeling beautiful while working the whole body.

Mommy & Me: Movement to Music

Our Mommy & Me class is for ballerinas 18-36 months. Have lots of fun and bond with your daughter at this special time in her development. Some things to expect: fun music, developing your daughter's imagination, and discovering that her body indeed can bend and bounce and move around! We do all kinds of fun activities through movement - expressing stories and feelings, clapping to music, learning about our bodies.
