Sandpaper Kisses Fundraising SA was founded in August 2013. Having volunteered at many shelters and seeing what the staff go through on a daily basis and then seeing how hard it was for them to raise funds for their perfectly healthy, normal cats, never mind the special needs cats that came in, and feeling helpless about it, the idea to start fundraising for these cats was born.

We raise funds for special needs cats all over South Africa through various fundraising initiatives but mostly through the selling of the homemade crafts. 100% of funds collected go to the cats. They say it takes a Village to Help Homeless cats and we couldn't agree more. We rely heavily on public support who share the same passion for cats.
