Rhythmic gymnastics classes for girls

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a competitive girls' sport that combines dance and gymnastics skills with the use of five different hand apparatus; rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. It is a great sport for developing all of the basic physical skills including strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. The girls dance to music, which helps to develop their music appreciation as well.

Beginner gymnastics for boys aged 3 to 5 years old

We have started a new activity for boys between the ages of 3 and 6. The classes are based on basic gymnastic skills, and boys will learn to do headstands, handstands, forward and backward rolls, as well as other locomotor skills.

These skills help prepare boys for school and provide them with the skills required for school sports such as soccer, cricket, rugby and hockey.
