Every detail that I wanted was lovingly and painstakingly crafted to my specifications, The flavours were perfect and I am so happy that I went with food@homesa to make my cake ! I'm a fan! 2 birthday cakes later and I'm still keen on having more from her (this is coming from someone who isn't a cake person).

The Design: Her designs are amazing. For the 1st birthday cake, I chose the design from the net which she replicated flawlessly, as if it was taken from the website I got the pic from. Then, for the 2nd birthday cake, I gave her the birthday party theme to use as a guide to create and design the cake as I had given her free range.... Everyone was floor-smacked by how detailed it was. It matched the theme like a hand in glove.

The Texture and Taste:
Delicious! Again, I'm not a cake person, yet I do know what good tastes like. Both times kids and adults couldn't have enough of the cakes. How she gets it to be tender and sweet yet not too sweet or too bland is beyond me. She's the Goldilocks of cakes.

Great customer service. Very patient, understanding, and professional. I always look forward to seeing what greatness they will prepare for me whenever I place an order.

I often hear people say they prepare food with love, well definitely you get to experience that love with Food At Home SA cakes. The love is evident from how the cake looks to how it tastes. Their cakes always look so nice, it is not easy to just eat them. Their cakes taste so heavenly. Their flavours are so good, if you have sugar problems then worry not. Even the people on diet do not complain about the sugar, they just indulge.

Ordered a cake for my friends baby shower, choc mint. The taste lives rent free in my mouth it was amazing, presentation great, taste delicious and moist, execution surpassed our expectations. It was definitely made with love.

The service was amazing. They take you through every flavour they have and how to combine with different flavours that go together. They made suggestions on design to make it better. They're very professional, the cake was ready on time and it got delivered on time and it tasted amazing.

After trying their cakes you definitely won't want any other cake.

Amazing service and prompt response to enquiries. I loved my cake design which was an improved suggestion from the Baker. The cake was fresh, right amount of sweetness and overall tasted like heaven.
