Art of living workshops

The Art of Living offers various self-development workshops for children from 5-18 years of age to help them blossom, increase intuition and release negative tendencies. The Intuition Process workshop is revolutionizing education with a unique technique that develops the child's intuition, enhancing every day learning and confidence. This is demonstrated by kids reading with their eyes closed.

Kids today are under increasing pressure at school as well as at home, and this results in unwanted stress from a very young age. Our unique breathing technique and fun processes allow the child to let go, and increases the ability to focus, study, and feel better about oneself. Due to the profound results from our workshops, we now also offer a workshop to help parents raise their children more mindfully.

The Art of Living is a not for profit NGO that focuses on bringing the individual back to a state of mindfulness through yoga, meditation and a unique breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya. The programs have transformed the lives of millions around the world.
