A rich and creamy tuna pasta casserole that is a delicious main plate or side dish and very inexpensive to make. It’s the perfect cold pasta salad to bring to a braai or pool party. It can also \u00a0be served warm as a main dish.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1 medium onion
\n2 cans tuna in brine shredded
\nThai fish sauce
\n2 sachets tomato paste
\n1Tb olive oil
\nCurry leaves
\nRobertson lemon pepper
\nPinch chili powder
\nSalt to taste
\n1 cup sour cream
\nBoiled pasta<\/p>\n

Method<\/h2>\n

Braise onion with olive oil and curry leaves
\nWhen onions are soft – add tuna
\nBraise
\nAdd sachets tomato paste
\nMix well
\nAdd spices
\nAdd fish sauce
\nWhen all mixed nicely
\nAdd sour cream
\nLet it cook on low heat
\nIt will form a creamy sauce
\nAdd to cooked pasta
\nMix togther in a pot on low heat till everything is mixed
\nLayer in casserole dish
\nGarnish with grated mozerella cheese
\nBefore serving melt cheese in microwave<\/p>\n
