Totally Awesome! We decided to check out what the Total Ninja<\/a> hype was all about and share our experience with you:<\/p>\n

Got the socks. Been there. Done That. And\u2026 will do it again!<\/p>\n

Bracing myself for an hour amongst highly energized kids, we were ready to Ninja! Of course, it turned out to be nothing as wild as that. In fact, this was a surprisingly peaceful experience.\u00a0 Kudos for friendly staff, clean facilities, immaculate bathrooms, a full-on caf\u00e9 and plenty space to not feel the heat! PLUS this indoor venue is perfect for SA’s erratic weather patterns!<\/p>\n

Before we Ninja<\/h3>\n

Once bitten, twice shy! On our first visit a while ago, we had spent hours completing indemnity forms, all while trying to contain the kids excitement. This time, we were smart enough to read through the booking confirmation to discover an online version \u2013 saving us hours and some nerves too! Check in is pretty quick and effortless.<\/p>\n

Getting ready to Totally Ninja<\/h3>\n

Hooray for lockers! Stashing away valuables, unnecessary jackets, and of course shoes is safe and simple with a digital keypad for added security. Time for the must have socks selfie!<\/p>\n

Ninja Time<\/h3>\n

Oh WOW! Red and black giant inflatables! Aesthetically on point!<\/p>\n

Every activity is just awesome: from dodging the beams on the famous wipeout, to conquering heights on the wharping wall, swinging from one turnstyle wheel to another and other obstacle courses, theres something for everyone!<\/p>\n

The friendly crew were happy to demonstrate a few of their moves, and also help my shorties reach the higher beams or teach them how to get past some of the mindboggling courses. They rocked it! Of course, we have a lot to work on from abs to core strength and fitness before we can Ninja like them. But, hey! This is the ideal place for a workout, while having fun with zero gym membership fees! Plus, the family can do it altogether!<\/p>\n

Mini Ninjas for Toddlers<\/h3>\n

Toddlers don\u2019t have to feel left out! The Toddler play area accommodates kids under 4 years and is as awesome as the rest !<\/p>\n

Calm down, Ninja!<\/h3>\n

Ok after all that, its time to whoosah! Refreshing drinks, on-the-go snacks, coffee and even some light meals are on offer. Theres enough tables and chairs for a sit down. Laugh it out! This is the time to share pictures and crazy moments!<\/p>\n

Ninja Party Rooms<\/h3>\n

Now here’s the cherry on the top for all those looking to have a hassle free party! Total Ninja offers private party rooms for you to host your guests. No mess, no fuss \u2013 tables, chairs and entertainment sorted! Bring the cake, Mum! The caf\u00e9 is happy to serve meals here too! And, being indoors, you can plan ahead without worrying about the sunshine!<\/p>\n

Challenges and Recommendations<\/h3>\n

The course is challenging for the unfit, but easy enough to still enjoy regardless. \u00a0Although the obstacle courses cater for over 8yrs, it is difficult to get a grip on the higher bars. With a little push and a helping hand, this is do-able!<\/p>\n

Never fear when the crew is near! As expected, we had lost a phone on the course, But the staff were quick to find it and escorted the boys to the office where they had kept it safe. Impressive!<\/p>\n

I do recommend asking the crew for assistance on the course or just demos, they are everywhere and ever-ready! They\u2019re also happy to cushion a fall, or advise when youre in danger!<\/p>\n

Also, do keep your socks safe for your next visit!<\/p>\n

Value for Money<\/h3>\n

Reasonable for sure! Prices vary for toddlers and adults per hour- an hour is more than enough on a quiet day if youre a beginner. Seasoned Ninjas will prefer 2 hrs, especially if the venue is busy. On busy days I assume one would have to wait for their turn on some of the courses, especially the popular wipeout and the wall.<\/p>\n

This is definitely time well spent.<\/p>\n

Review from a 12 year old:<\/em><\/p>\n

The Total Ninja park has an amazing\u00a0 variety of challenges to take on such as total wipe out, which in fact was my personal favourite, wall ramp climbing and an inflatable\u00a0 obstacle, where you can race a friend. However the Ninja runs are quite high so short\u00a0 people cant complete the full run. The wall ramp is breath taking and requires alot of strength and speed-it was awesome!<\/em><\/p>\n
