as well as mom and dad!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 extra large egg whites<br \/>\n250 ml sunflower seeds, toasted<br \/>\n250 ml pumpkin seeds, toasted<br \/>\n125 ml sesame seeds, toasted<br \/>\n125 ml coconut chips or flaked almonds, toasted<br \/>\n60 ml soft brown sugar (Treacle or Demarera)<br \/>\n60 ml honey<br \/>\n125 ml dried cranberries, sultana\u2019s or raisins<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pre-heat the oven to 180 \u00ba C and line two\u00a0large baking trays with baking paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Beat the egg whites until stiff peak stage and set it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Toast the seeds and coconut chips or flaked almonds one ingredient at a time in a single layer in a large saucepan until light brown \u2013 watch it carefully as it can burn very quickly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Place heaped teaspoonfuls 2 cm apart on the baking paper and flatten with the back of the teaspoon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Remove the tray from the oven and set aside to cool before transferring the clusters to a airtight container.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">About 30 clusters.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Variation:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Drizzle a little melted white or dark chocolate over the clusters once they are
