-Children can have an introductory session to canoeing
-All equipment provided i.e. boat, lifejacket, paddle
-Coaches are on the water in action to advise / assist
-Bring picnic, to enjoy in safe locked gates pleasant sunny or shady spot in the boat club grounds.
-Bring dry warm clothes to change into as there is a strong possibility of falling in the water
-Wear thin lycra/nylon i.e. soccer clothes, gym clothes, / fleece jerseys don't absorb water
-Plastic windbreakers without cotton lining protect from wind chill Tell a friend.
