When we master mindfulness practice, we often find relief from anxiety or depression, cure health problems and create a far deeper sense of inner peace and disciplined concentration.
This 8-week intensive builds a strong foundation in mindfulness and you will have the option to do 5-week teachers training thereafter.
The 8-week intensive includes 1 x 2 hour live online class via zoom every week for 8 weeks. Each lesson consists of theory on the latest research and all principles, group discussion and a guided practice.
You will engage in a daily practice tracked on Insight Timer and you will be journaling on the mindful attitudes.
