The Magic Blox Online EQ Teacher and Therapist course includes 5 x 1 hour online practical, interactive life coaching sessions for teachers and therapists. Teachers and Therapists are required to attend a Free online EQ Information session prior to the course commencing.

The course benefits include practical techniques to:

- Identify Express and Manage Emotions Positively such as anger, anxiety and fears
(in the classroom and therapy sessions)
- Improve Confidence and Self-Esteem
- Learn Relaxation and Concentration Tools (supports children with ADHD)
- Enhance Communication
- Learning to Empathise with others
- Improve behaviour management

Additional refresher sessions are offered on an optional basis for after the course is completed. The sessions can be done together with a specific child that is experiencing challenges in the class room or in therapy. The refresher sessions help to apply the EQ tools to specific challenges that might come up after the course and there is also an option for the child’s teacher of therapist to run a combined session to address any emotional challenges the child might be having at school or in therapy. Mindfulness promotes a way of being that helps ourselves, our families and our clients take care of ourselves and live healthier lives.

This course is for you if you are a parent that is now home schooling among everything else and want tools to create calm in the uncertainty for yourself and your family.

- For those who feel the calling to switch gears and follow a different path and career.
- For those who want to add a new set of skills to their existing career.

Mindfulness is commonly held in high professional regard for its physical, mental, and emotional health benefits.
When we master mindfulness practice, we often find relief from anxiety or depression, cure health problems and create a far deeper sense of inner peace and disciplined concentration.

This 8-week intensive builds a strong foundation in mindfulness and you will have the option to do 5-week teachers training thereafter.
The 8-week intensive includes 1 x 2 hour live online class via zoom every week for 8 weeks. Each lesson consists of theory on the latest research and all principles, group discussion and a guided practice.

You will engage in a daily practice tracked on Insight Timer and you will be journaling on the mindful attitudes. Tell a friend.
