Matt Stern is a well know actor on television in programmes like: 7de Laan, Begeertes, Hart Van Staal, Plek Van Die Vleisvreters. and has a couple of Hollywood films under his belt namely Stander, Racing Stripes, District 9, and most recently “Invictus”(Directed by Clint Eastwood).
Matt teaches his students the fundamentals of acting (voice, speech, posture, script analysis etc.) and when ready apply performance coaching to the pieces chosen for the student. "I don't believe in big classes, as individual attention is of the utmost importance to me". He takes no more than 6 students per hour (Group) to interact with and crit each other. Some students prefer solo-classes.
Matt specializes in "performance coaching", where he fine-tunes the actor's already prepared dialogue, song or dance-routine into a solid performance - ready for competitions or auditions, while addressing problem areas due to the lack of formal drama training.
