Art Classes for Kids
I am a qualified teacher who has taught Primary school children from Grade R to Grade 7.
I believe that Art during these years should be fun and exploratory.
We cover a variety of different Arts/Crafts while using many different media. Lessons include painting, drawing, pastels, mosaic, collage, clay work, paper crafts, puppet making, sewing, beading etc. and we always end off the term with a yummy baking lesson.
Classes are small and are aimed at teaching new skills, improving self confidence and concentration while meeting new friends.
There is no better feeling than going home with a piece of work that you have created yourself!
Mobile Kids Craft Parties
I also offer Art and Craft parties and workshops where I organise age appropriate activities for groups of up to 12 children. I bring along all the equipment and materials needed and each child goes home excited about what they have created.
