Professional Wedding Planner:

Full Coordination: R16, 000

•Courtesy Initial Consultation
•Budget planner and analysis
•Unlimited communication on e-mail
•Communication on telephone till 9:00pm
•Assist the bridal couple with the event Design, Theme, Color and concept
•Selection, appointment and booking of Reception Venue
•Recommendation on menu compilation and wine selection
•Assist with Honeymoon arrangements
•Assist with accommodation arrangements for the bridal couple
•Consultations: -
•Accompanying the bride to two alteration session and bride’s final fitting session
•Accompanying the bridal couple to additional vendor appointments and any other desired services tailored to your individual needs
•Create a wedding website on request excluding management of RSVP
•Organizing site inspections and wedding rehearsals with wedding party
•Floor manager and hostess on the day and evening of your wedding
•Make certain that suppliers deliver on time and checking if all deliveries are as requested by bridal couple
•Confirming that make-up artists and photographers are on time to commence with the necessary for bridal party and bridal couple
•Make sure all the necessary decoration is up as requested by bridal couple (flowers, cutlery, crockery, thank you gifts, table numbers, menu cards)
•Ensuring that the flowers and necessary setup is on point at the church /ceremonial site
•Contacting of marriage officer or pastor to make sure that he/she is on time
•Communicating with the DJ, Cake suppliers in regards to arriving and setting up on time
•Ensuring that the gift table and seating plan/board is set accordingly
•Ensuring that the bride is relaxed and assuring her that she’ll have the best day of her life
•Checking with transportation in regards to time keeping
•Making sure the guests are seating accordingly and on time for the ceremony
•Making sure the guests know where to go when the bridal couple is taking photos
•Ensuring that the guests are entertained whilst the bridal party and family are taking photos
•Making sure that the guests are seated according prior to bridal party entering the reception area
•Making sure that the MC has a program as well as all required parties
•Making sure that the photographer and all the other suppliers have a copy of a schedule

This package is for the couple that has arranged everything for the wedding day themselves, but need peace of mind for the wedding day itself.

•Confirming with the service providers prior the wedding to ensure that all is in order
•We will ensure that the wedding day progresses smoothly from the set-up of the reception venue until the formalities are complete.
•The site manager will remain until the formalities are complete.
