Stroller-based Fitness Classes for moms and expectant moms
We are proud to launch this new exciting exercise concept in South Africa!
These stroller-based classes are aimed and pregnant women and women with children up to 4 years old. These classes provide a great support system for new moms and allow your toddlers to have interaction with other children of the same age.
Monthly social events are planned such a "mom's night out" and other exciting events!
• It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever.
• Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills.
• Pilates and Yoga offer variety to the classes
• The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout.
A variety of class formats are available to meet your fitness needs, including indoor, outdoor, prenatal and express.
