Kids holiday and weekend camps
Basecamp SA was established by Tanya Verster (a former Fear Factor Contestant). She is highlytrained in child care, events management and has more than 11 years experience working with children of all ages. The camps help to encourage confidence, responsibility and team work.
"As our FlipFlop Gymnastics Camps have been such a huge success over the past five years and parents can't keep up to their children's pace these days, we have decided to have a week camp every holiday and now weekend camps are available to!"

Kids gymnastic classes
These programmes are designed to build the child's confidence and to learn while having fun. They improve gross motor skills, co-ordination, concentration and focus, low muscle tone, posture, flexibility, strength, balance, rhythm, body image, spatial relations and midline-crossing. We work with minibars, hand props, springboards, mats and more to increase your child's agility, strength and confidence.
Kids aerobics classes
Get fit, have fun and shape up. We teach our pupils various aerobic combinations and exercises in a super fun environment.
Kids gymnasics-Powerplay.co.za (co- ordination classes)
Specialized games to help children develop their body image and awareness. This helps them to let off ant excess steam !!! Movement to music to improve co-ordination and skill.
Coaching sports at schools or private classes
We teach all sports at schools or private classes at home for eg. Cricket, Soccer, Netball, Hockey and more...
