School for Autistic children

CDC Senior offers autism specific intervention in small classes of no more than 6 children per class. All children have an individual learning plan and will receive appropriate individual teaching AND group / social work lessons. The teaching is based on recognised effective interventions used when teaching Autistic children and the purpose of the school is to build on early intervention of younger children and prepare for transition into adulthood - be it into independent living circumstances or living at home.
* Longer school terms to avoid wasted unproductive time during drawn out holidays.
* Monthly fee of R 3 000 but open access based on need. Parents can apply for a reduction in fees.
