Lizelle started UCMAS when she was 5 years old, after I heard about the program from a close friend. Initially it was exciting, she took to the program quickly. After a few levels on the program we found difficulty with the homework, but with a little bit of bribing of stickers and sweets as encouragement Lizelle starting flourishing. As a hands on mum, I noticed a change in her creativity within two weeks. After each two hour lesson for 4 years Lizelle has come home happy and stimulated. She became extremely artistic, her drawings even winning an A+ On an eisteddfod level. I do believe the program makes them concentrate, listen, and actually gives them a lot of confidence in school. As a mom I believe all children should be on this program, as I’ve seen the benefits first-hand, Lizelle attended classes at the Houghton branch and I would like to commend every single person that had contact with my child, they have all contributed to Lizelles successes and have made the program fun and enjoyable . I wish for all parents to see this miraculous program as an opportunity to develop each child’s potential, and I highly recommend this program as well as proper dedication and commitment from the parent to make a success out of it and their child.-LIZELLE

My children, like so many others would have been labelled "naughty", "lazy", "hyper", or "day dreamer" simply because they did not have the tools to tackle mathematics. By enrolling my children in the UCMAS programme I have given them the best gift - the love of learning and UCMAS has eradicated the fear of numbers forever. My daughters look forward to their UCMAS classes because they are intellectually stimulated and have an attitude of I CAN!!!!
My daughter Raeesa(age 12) is an intelligent child but her anxiety relating to numbers often hampered her. I thus decided to enrol her for the UCMAS programme and it enhanced her confidence with mathematics. She now has good mental arithmetic skills, which have significantly improved her confidence as a learner as well as her concentration abilities in all subjects. She now has a tool for learning and applying knowledge.
Razeena(age 9) knows her times tables up to 12. I did not teach that to her because of my lack of time. I was concerned about it and the lack of intellectual stimulation. She was eager to learn and there was no programme that I felt would address my concerns. After enrolling her for UCMAS, all my concerns were banished, because Razeena was receiving excellent intellectual stimulation. I supervised her UCMAS homework on a daily basis and she just continued to show better results all the time. As a mother, I have not turned gray nor bald motivating or urging her to do her work or to concentrate. Her results are excellent. Her potential to achieve is limitless and I highly recommend UCMAS.
