We were established in 2002 and offer an efficient and professional service. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing an excellent personal service and a wide selection of suitable candidates for you to choose from. We are not an online agency that just provides you with a list of computer generated matches. We do not have a registration fee and do not expect any payments upfront. In fact we pride ourselves in only charging you the client once we have placed the perfect person with your family. Online agencies also accept all perspective candidates onto their database regardless of who they are. ONLINE AGENCIES DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BACKGROUND CHECKS. They do not do any kind of reference checking done and they do not follow any kind of screening procedure.
All our candidates are screened thoroughly for peace of mind and for your convenience. Please note, we request our candidates to present us with a police clearance certificate. If they do not have this then we request that they apply for one. This process can take up to 8 weeks to receive the police clearance from SAPS.
We treat our free replacements in the same manner as we would treat a new placement and you can be assured we will go to great lengths to assist you professionally, honestly and efficiently.

We specialise in au pairs, tutors, domestic nannies, school facilitators, lifting schemes, nurses, domestic chefs, house sitters. We have both female and male candidates on our database. Our database of candidates is large and individually handpicked. Most of our candidates are interviewed personally by the agency to ensure that we have a very high calibre of candidate. Those that are unable to meet with us face to face are telephonically or Skype interviewed. Only the best candidates are introduced to our client families.

She is also highly experienced in au pairing with 8 years experience. Hayley is also a Mother of 2 boys and understands how essential it is to have the right person in place to provide love and care to your children.

Well qualified candidates
We do not take a cut/percentage of our placements' wages.
As most of our candidates are studying within the child care field or related fields, we help them gain practical experience while they are still studying and therefore giving them the necessary knowledge to go out into their chosen field with confidence. We also have a selection of more qualified candidates.
We have a once-off placement charge, which is highly competitive & reasonable. We provide the client family with a 12-week guarantee period when we will replace the caregiver free of charge within the first 12 weeks of employment if for any reason the caregiver leaves/resigns or the family terminates the au pairís services.
No registration fee:
We will not levy any fee for interviewing our candidates. We only invoice once the au pair has been selected and hired by the client family.
