Children's rehabilitation shelter

Kids Haven currently have 190 children in our care. 36 children ages 3-6 are in Pre-school. 84 children stay in the shelter & 96 at the village. The shelter & village children ages are 6-18. The village has 6 houses . The children are made up of 40% girls & 60% boys.

Christmas Appeal: kindly support us with gifts for teenagers, special treats like biscuits for Christmas day and New year's day and any other food item that can help us.

Kids Haven in Benoni provides a safe & secure environment for boys & girls who have lived & worked on the streets or who have been removed from abusive homes. We ensure that all our children attend school & provide skills training for those children who cannot cope in a mainstream academic environment. Kids Haven runs a Bridging School facility as well as a Nursery school, because we believe that Education is the corner stone of rehabilitation. Kids Haven provides 24hr residential care for these children.

Kids Haven would appreciate any donations of cash or donations of new/used clothing and household goods, toys, books etc. We also need non-perishable food. We collect!!!
